KOTOR-OLD TOWN

The most famous part of Kotor, where Kotor history, culture and tradition are preserved. The old town of Kotor has a great number of monuments of medieval architecture. It’s beauty is complemented with the multitude of narrow streets, squares and markets. Due to its unique mixture of cultural influences, in 1979 Kotor found it s place in the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage under the protection of UNESCO.

DOBROTA

The most inhabited locality in the municipality of Kotor. It extends from the south of Kotor to the Ljute River in the north. The Church of St. Matthew built in 1670 is situated in Dobrota. The famous painting of “Our Lady with the Child” by Giovanni Bellini is housed in the church.

PERAST

A Baroque town of great maritime tradition and history. It is situated opposite Verige Strait, at the foot of Mount Kason. There are two islands facing Perast, the natural island of St. George and the artificial island of Our Lady of the Rocks (island on which a church was built in the 17 th century)

PORTO MONTENEGRO

Porto Montenegro is the project of building a village around the marina and home port for mega yachts. The total project implies the construction of 630 berths for yachts of all sizes, and among them 130 berths for yachts longer than 30 metres. The present capacity of the marina is 185 berths with the accompanying infrastructure.

BUDVA-OLD TOWN

The story of how Old Town first got its name ties into a mythological tradition that spans over 2,500 years , and really reflects the history found in this very old town. Budva s walls were built straight out of the Adriatic Sea, and what we see today is really only a fraction od the city s splendor at its height , preserved with loving care by the local residents of Budva who are proud of their long history.

SVETI STEFAN

Once a fortified village dating back to the 15 th century, the island of Sveti Stefan is a uniquely atmospheric setting of cobbled lanes, quaint courtyards and remarkable sea views. The stately stone mense known as Villa Milocer - once the summer residence of Queen Marija Karadjordjevic – lies on a 32-hectare seaside estate graced with more than 800 olive trees and embraced on three sides by ancient cedar and pine forests.

LOVCEN

The highest mountain in Montenegro with national park status covering 6,400 hectares. The highest peak is Stirovnik at 1,749 metres above sea level. The crown of the park visit is the mausoleum on the top of the mountain that can be reached by following the road from cetinje which is about 20 km long, and by overcoming 461 steps to the top of the mountain. Lovcen is known for its open viewpoints.
